Registration
- Fill in your information such as Presenter's Name, Author's Name, Abstract, e-mail, address, Category and upload the Full Research Paper in the link provided.
- You will be given an ID number that will be used to check the status of your paper. Please save and remember the ID number.
- Each research paper must be registered with a new registration. Once the amendments are made, please upload a new file with the author's name.
- You can CHECK the status of your submitted paper from time to time.
- Your paper will go through evaluation (Review) process once the payment has been done.
- Once you have received comments from the reviewer, you are required to upload the revised paper and attach a YouTube video link of the presentation (10 minutes maximum, set as public and not for kids).
- You may print the letter with the payment receipt (the approval decision is still conditional). If any of the documents attached do not meet the organizer's requirements, your application will be terminated.
- Incomplete submissions will be disqualified from the presentation & publication. The registration fee will not be refunded except in certain circumstances.
- Participants who engage in plagiarism, unethical writing or encounter authorship-related problems will be disqualified from both the presentation and publication. Please note that registration fee will not be refunded.
Fees
The fees for this conference are as follows:-
- i. Presenter from Malaysian Polytechnic and Community Colleges: RM150.00
- ii. Presenter from other organizational institutions: RM200.00
The presenter of the research paper will receive a presentation certificate (e-cert) . The program book and e-proceedings can be downloaded from the official MaTRiX’23 website. Detail information related to the account number for fee payment can be viewed after the participant completes registration and login to the system.
