Participants are allowed to bring any necessary equipment for the exhibition
Participants are solely responsible for the safety of their equipment throughout the exhibition

- Each participation will be provided with a display board for poster.

- Project title/product
- Leader and members name
- Organization logo
- Abstract
- Problem statement
- Objectives
- Authenticity and novelty
- Benefit to society
- Commercialization potential
- Application and marketing potential
- Award/recognition (if any)
- Product design (picture)
- Participants are allowed to use any materials such as brochure, flyers, achievement, certificate, slides and others.
